Younan Properties, Inc., a fully-integrated, national real estate owner and operator of office buildings in five major U.S. office markets, announced that Transwestern has been awarded the leasing contract for 200 North LaSalle, a 645,170-square-foot Class A office high-rise in the heart of downtown Chicago’s central business district. The new assignment is effective today.

Leading the leasing efforts for the landmark property will be Tamara Kos, executive vice president, Sandy Macaluso, senior associate and Teddy Walsh, Associate. Joe Stevens, senior vice president, will provide strategic support and serve as a liaison between Younan senior management and the leasing team.
