What Makes an Office Great?

What makes a great real estate office? For me it starts at the top. The manager is the gate keeper, they set the tone. Recruiting solid agents must be a big part of the good to great. Once you get past the bricks and mortar the agents and how they interact is a big part of what makes an office tick. In our office Denny Dooley does a fantastic job. He is smart and attentive to his agents needs. Both he and our company are committed to building a strategic business partnership with the agents. They support us through technology, offering daily scrubbed leads, going over business plans, critiquing our marketing plan. If you need help with anything the support staff and or the manager are ready and willing to help- their attitude of cooperation is comforting and inspiring. It is not “you against the market” at this office!

I feel that our office is a great platform for success. The environment is positive and helpful. I have been here only a short time and still feel compelled to add Prudential Rubloff’s Clark St. office for consideration. Great location is a plus. Everything from a drug store to banks, restaurant, great shopping are within a blocks walk. LSD is close.

In the end the differences between many offices is usually subtle. From the first moment I joined this office I have felt the magic which has been very inspiring for me and my team.

  • Great Article and it is true Denny can’t do enough for us and we have
a terrific group -thanks for joining Greg!!!

  • Very true. I am also fairly new to Prudential Rubloff Lincoln Park, primarily working the western suburbs Naperville area. I joined the team for three major reasons: one its fabulous brand marketing and two the technology based support services available to all the agents that makes it easy to work remotely, and three, Dennis Dooley, VP Managing Broker. With his many years of experience as a successful broker, he challenges you to think on your feet, while he’s got your back. He is smart, funny and witty, especially during our training sessions and office meetings. The team at our office is also wonderful and professional. Prudential Rubloff as a whole understands and has a grasp on the constant changes taking place in the real estate industry. All well worth my occasional commute into the city!

    Go Denny Go!

Many new faces in the office- seasoned professionals that have added to the great energy that was already here. A nice mix of new agents.
I forgot to mention that the office has a boutique feel even though we have several agents.
