Each RE/MAX agent is eligible to earn awards marking important milestones while affiliated with RE/MAX. The first of these awards is induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, while even higher honors are the Lifetime Achievement and Circle of Legends awards. These awards are distinct from the honors that agents can earn each year for their annual sales production.

Across the RE/MAX Northern Illinois region, 125 RE/MAX affiliates have earned career awards so far in 2010.
