A bold designer display model produced by a vibrant color palette has been unveiled at the mid-rise 2555 N. Clark apartment complex.

Anna Harris, marketing coordinator for interior designer Mary Cook & Associates explains “we wanted to make the space feel young, fresh and very lively so we knew that color was going to be huge.”

The firm selected a deep gray color for the kitchen to enhance white countertops and cabinets that also makes the space feel bigger.

Mindful of scale and function, the designers selected contemporary-style furniture for the model and for a finishing touch added large mirrors to add light and reflect the beautiful views and colorful art and accessories available in local neighborhoods.

The 2555 N. Clark building offers a portfolio of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments currently renting from $1,153 to $2,352 monthly.

The building’s popularity is enhanced by its proximity to Lincoln Park and its hiking/biking and running path, the Lincoln Park Zoo, numerous eateries and entertainment options and proximity to both Lake Michigan and excellent transportation to downtown.
