Park Place of Elmhurst is a continuing care retirement community that includes 162 independent-living residences on five floors. The homes range in size from one to three bedrooms with one to two bathrooms. Park Place provides health care services, such as assisted living, skilled nursing and memory support services, if required. Up to 100 percent of a Park Place resident’s entrance fee is refundable to his or her family through an estate preservation benefit.
