RE/MAX Raises Funds for Children’s Miracle Network

by Chicago Agent

The RE/MAX network in northern Illinois recently announced the results of its 2005 fund raising effort on behalf of Children’s Miracle Network (CMN), a national network of premier children’s hospitals. RE/MAX offices and agents across northern Illinois contributed or collected funds totaling $389,000 for CMN. Most funds raised by RE/MAX in northern Illinois go to Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago.

“This is by far our most successful year in terms of raising funds for CMN,” says Jim Merrion, regional director of RE/MAX Northern Illinois. “I’m grateful to the hundreds of RE/MAX agents who contribute their time and money to the effort.”

RE/MAX agents in northern Illinois have been supporting CMN and Children’s Memorial since 1992. In 2005, 16 RE/MAX offices in the Northern Illinois network achieved Miracle Office status.

RE/MAX has raised more than $60 million for children’s services at 170 CMN hospitals throughout the United States and Canada. RE/MAX is the official real estate sponsor of CMN.
