How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? Giving time and energy. Over the years, I have been doing fundraisers and spending time helping the less fortunate. What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Explaining to sellers that need to sell that their property is not worth what they feel they need to get.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? The three-foot rule is wherever you are. That being said, I have a huge network of friends from my childhood and happy past clients.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Raising fantastic, smart, caring children, no question!

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? Just read “Siddhartha” for the third time.

What is your favorite restaurant? Mia Francesca on Clark in Chicago, or Miramar in Highwood, which my cousin owns.

Smartphone or paper? Palm.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Stay positive – be unstoppable!

Hope you are doing well. Sorry I never respond to the Facebook invites. I for some reason do not like to go on Facebook.

    Keep on selling!
