Stephanie Snow always had a love for real estate, design and architecture. “Buying a house, fixing it up and then moving on to the next project has always been a passion of mine,” she explains. After a successful career in hospitality and SaaS sales, she decided to pursue her true love, joining the Winnetka office of @properties Christie’s International Real Estate early this year.
Snow represents luxury and first-time homebuyers throughout Winnetka, Wilmette, Kenilworth and Northfield, as well as Glencoe clients in New Trier Township. Since moving from the city to Wilmette in 2003, she has lived in Glencoe, Evanston, Highland Park and now Winnetka. “I have learned so much with each transaction,” she shares. “I am excited to bring my firsthand experience and knowledge from real estate on the client side to my current role as a Realtor and help others with what I’ve learned.”
After earning her degree in hotel and restaurant management from Purdue University, Snow worked for Marriott International, participating in their management development program before transitioning to an on-property sales role. Following a hospitality sales career of over 15 years, she moved to a small software startup, conducting the largest deal in the company’s history — a solution worth over $6 million that is now used in over 9,500 Marriott hotels worldwide.
During her tenure of almost six years, Snow earned the President’s Award four times and the company’s inaugural Founder’s Award. Over the last 23 years, she has developed strong relationships within the New Trier community by volunteering on numerous boards and organizations.
