Rebecca Thomson’s career has always been defined by growth — for the agents she empowers, the companies she elevates, and the industry she helps shape. As a national vice president for Coldwell Banker Realty, serving in the Enterprise Services arm of Anywhere, Thomson leads training, education and product adoption for one of the largest brokerages in the country, supporting tens of thousands of independent agents and their leaders nationwide.

This elevated role marks a natural next step after her tenure as regional vice president, where she led more than 2,000 agents in Chicago and Milwaukee and was recognized as the top regional vice president in the country for recruiting productive agents. “Helping others grow is at the heart of what I do,” Thomson says. “Whether it’s guiding agents, supporting emerging leaders or helping startups scale, I want to be where progress is happening.”

A longtime advocate for innovation in real estate, Thomson also serves as a mentor and advisor with Second Century Ventures and the REACH tech accelerator, where she helps startups navigate the intersection of real estate and technology. Her cross-industry influence earned her a spot on T3 Sixty’s 2024 Watchlist and RISMedia’s 2023 Newsmakers, among other national accolades.

Thomson remains a champion of industry leadership and professionalism, having served as president of both the Chicago Association of Realtors and the Women’s Council of Realtors Chicago. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is currently second vice president of the Union League Club of Chicago.
