Peter Green helps his clients find success in the real estate market while staying true to their goals. As a broker with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, Green serves first-time buyers, sellers, investors and renters in Chicago’s North Side and the North Shore suburbs. “I’m from Wilmette, so the North Shore and city were always part of my life,” he explains.

Before becoming a broker in 2015, Green worked as a commercial credit analyst at a local middle-market bank. His mother was a Realtor and former real estate lender and his father was a real estate investor of multi-unit properties, so the career transition was something of a homecoming. “I’ve always loved homes and working with people,” he shares. “It’s a relationship business, and I enjoy getting to know my clients and becoming an integral part of their lives.”

With significant experience in home renovations, new construction builds and condo flips, Green enjoys a challenge from start to finish. “It’s such a great experience to see a raw space, develop a plan with an architect or builder and then bring it to life,” he says.

Thanks to his constant availability, industry acumen and streamlined processes, 90% of Green’s business is based on referrals. He has developed long-standing relationships with clients who trust that he has their best interests at heart. “I have the best clients, and they are the reason that I love what I do,” he reports. His success as a broker has also earned him industry recognition: the Chicago Association of Realtors has recognized him as a top producer since 2021.

Currently residing in Lakeview’s Southport Corridor, Green loves to ski, cook, bake and travel in his spare time. He also enjoys biking along the Chicago lakefront and walking through the city with his dog, Hank.
