Lisa Rosengard, Realtor

@properties Christie’s International Real Estate

Lisa Rosengard’s specialties are “rightsizing” clients, growing families wanting more space, empty nesters looking for smaller properties and older adults moving on to assisted living. A Realtor with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, Rosengard has the expertise, experience and resources to support all of those scenarios along the North Shore and on the North Side of Chicago. A Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Luxury Listing Specialist, she has supported multiple generations of clients’ families.

A top-10 seller in her company’s Northbrook office last year, Rosengard grew up in Glenview and Northbrook. After living in the city for over 25 years, she returned to Northbrook when it was time for her daughter to start school. “It was a difficult transition for me to leave the city but a good one,” she says. “I continue to service my clients who live in the city or want to move to the city because of my deep knowledge and understanding of the neighborhoods. The same goes for the suburbs.” She takes pride in knowing school boundaries, neighborhood gems, and benefits and services offered to residents across the North Shore.

Having over 25 years of marketing and advertising experience, and nine years of real estate experience, Rosengard is a strong negotiator with business acumen. She provides buyers and sellers with data concerning pricing, is easy to work with and understands that every client — just like every deal — is different. She customizes the entire process to meet their needs.

“One listing of mine this year was very challenging,” she recalls. “I conducted four open houses, 30 in-person showings, navigated multiple offers and four actual contracts. Finally, the fourth offer stuck and we closed. Needless to say, I am grateful that my clients appreciated my work, patience and support.”

Outside of work, she enjoys family time, tennis and skiing.
