Jody first joined the real estate industry after having children, when the hours of her retail management job became taxing. She quickly became one of the top producers at her office and now has over 25 years of experience in real estate. Michael has seven years of industry experience and joined Jody’s team in 2016. The pair specializes in new construction and luxury properties, focusing on Glencoe, Winnetka, Highland Park and the surrounding North Shore. Jody has lived in Glencoe for 54 years, and Michael has lived in the area for 30 years.
The Dicksteins have had an annual sales volume of over $50 million in recent years, and they recently listed the most expensive home of their career — a $14 million property on the lake in Glencoe. The listing is the most expensive in Glencoe’s history.
After so many years in the business, the Dicksteins know every listing agent in the area and vice versa. “When we list a home, we typically know the agents showing it,” they share. “It gives us a competitive advantage because we can navigate the market better than someone without their ear to the ground.”
Jody has been ranked as one of the top brokers in Glencoe for the last 10 years and consistently ranks among the top 50 brokers in Chicagoland. She was named a Crain’s Notable Real Estate Broker for the last five years, was among the top 1% of brokers for residential sales volume in 2024 and has closed over $700 million in real estate sales.
