2025 Who's Who in Chicagoland Real Estate

Brad Dumes, Real Estate Broker

Baird & Warner

Offering market analysis and property valuations to rehabs, cost estimates, contacts, inspections, problem solving, strategic planning and negotiations, Brad Dumes is the definition of a full-service broker.

“I’ve learned every aspect of a real estate transaction by doing it myself,” Dumes explains. “My goal is to ensure my clients’ success by being prepared for anything.” He brings a wealth of knowledge from his 12 years as an industry leader.

Dumes’ path from finance and trading to real estate began when he started purchasing and rehabbing higher-end auction properties. Those transactions opened his eyes to how complex the real estate process can be — and how valuable the right broker is. “I took calculated risks and faced unique challenges,” he recalls. “That experience gave me the tools necessary to be a huge resource and advocate for my clients.”

Today, Dumes serves clients in the luxury market as well as multiple price points across all of Chicago’s city neighborhoods — including his home neighborhood of Lincoln Park — as well as the northern and western suburbs. His reputation as a trusted advisor is backed by consistent performance and excellent client reviews. He’s been recognized as a top-producing broker with Baird & Warner multiple times and earned his way into Chicago Agent’s Who’s Who issue again.

Dumes has a personal investment in every deal, which sets him apart from other brokers. “I don’t think any other broker cares more about protecting their clients’ interests than I do,” he shares.

Dumes enjoys making an impact coaching his son’s youth baseball team, attending numerous concerts and sporting events, exploring new restaurants, spending time with his family and traveling.

Whether you’re buying, selling, investing, renting or renovating, Dumes offers the full-service package: the knowledge of a seasoned professional and the heart of someone who genuinely cares.
