With more than 30 years of combined experience, Sam Jenkins and Valerie Sancrainte achieved their best year to date in terms of gross sales in 2023, with over $51 million closed in transactions. The Sam Jenkins Group at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty was acknowledged as the top-producing team within its company last year and has been named a Chicago Association of Realtors’ Top Producer every year since 2011.

Founder of The Sam Jenkins Group, Jenkins spent six years as an elite personal fitness consultant in the Chicago and London markets before returning here full time to work with Sean Conlon and his brokerage in the early 2000s. “That time was critical in learning how the industry works and helping to weather the market’s ups and downs,” he explains. “I decided to combine my love for Chicago with my knowledge and experience to provide the highest level of service to discerning customers.”

After moving to Chicago to pursue a career in visual merchandising on Michigan Avenue, in 2011 Sancrainte was offered an administrative position with a well-established local real estate company, which is where she met Jenkins. “My drive to learn more about real estate prompted me to begin analyzing local, national and global markets,” she says. With Jenkins’ mentoring, she soon obtained her real estate license and is now a senior broker. “I’ve always enjoyed building trusted relationships and possess an appreciation and a desire to help buyers find the perfect home,” she explains. “I love to enter a space with clients and see their vision come to life.” Well-versed in fashion, architecture and design, Sancrainte often spends her free time exploring Chicago and experiencing all the world-renowned skyscrapers and museums.

Recognized for their adaptability, Jenkins and Sancrainte represent clients with land, new-construction, condo and single-family home transactions throughout the city’s Near North Side and North Side, as well as on the North Shore.
