Licensed in both Florida and Wisconsin, Kristin Stone is a seasoned expert in the luxury home market.
Originally from the North Shore of Chicago, Stone’s family relocated to Lake Geneva when she was a child. In her youth, she spent time racing sailboats and learned the value of the immense natural resources of our lakes. Although she’s lived in some of the most desirable cities in the world, including New York City; Bethesda, Md.; and Pasadena, Calif.; she chose to return to Lake Geneva full-time so her sons could experience lake living like she had.
Prior to working in real estate, Stone trained in exemplary guest service for The Walt Disney Company. She later created the Guest Service Program for Universal Studios Florida. Those experiences served as a foundation for her “can-do” approach to client relationships.
Stone is an expert multiple-offer strategist with a high success rate. She recently achieved a personal and career milestone: her 100th sides/transaction in five years with Melges Real Estate.
The luxury residential home specialist is a certified Ninja Seller, which means she focuses on helping clients achieve their goals. “My clients’ priorities are my priorities,” Stone says. “I assure them that I’m with them from start to finish, that although real estate transactions can be filled with twists and turns, as the expert I’ll focus on getting their needs met efficiently and we’ll have a lot of fun along the way.”
Stone begins every morning by writing a gratitude and appreciation list. “It jump-starts my day with positive energy,” she says. “I bring my A-game for the benefit of my clients and colleagues.”
