Hauser became a director of business development at Anywhere Real Estate Inc./ERA, while also moving into his current role as referral associate with Coldwell Banker Realty Referral Network. “I spent more than seven years working in the real estate industry at large for two of the biggest providers in the world of real estate services,” Hauser notes. “That experience sets me apart from others in the industry.”

Beginning his journey in real estate by purchasing investment properties, Hauser gradually entered the residential side of the business. “I have a reputation for being a great listener, and I have a servant business style, always striving to do what’s right for my clients,” he says. “By aligning resources and my expertise strategically to meet client needs, I strive to gain their trust and business.”

Hauser currently owns two properties in Wisconsin — one an investment property, the other his vacation home. When not working, he believes in giving back to his community by volunteering and donating to an animal shelter, dedicated to mobilizing the real estate community by improving the plight of homeless pets.
