Eric Hauser, Managing Broker

Exit Realty Redefined

With 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, Eric N. Hauser has established himself as a trusted and knowledgeable professional in Chicagoland and the Wisconsin luxury vacation market. As a managing broker at Exit Realty Redefined, his specialties include luxury, vacation and investment properties, catering to discerning clients seeking single-family homes, second homes and income properties. “Being a licensed managing broker and working in the real estate industry at large provides me with a unique perspective,” Hauser says, “and it definitely adds a competitive advantage for my clients.”

Hauser’s journey into real estate began when he ventured into purchasing investment properties, which gradually led him to enter the residential real estate business. “I grew up on Chicago’s Northwest Side and later in Park Ridge,” Hauser says. “This gives me an intimate understanding of the area and markets I serve.

Recently, Hauser left a prominent position as franchise development, mergers and acquisitions director at Anywhere Real Estate, Inc., for the position of director of business development, mergers and acquisitions at Exit Realty International Corp. Concurrently, he then moved into his managing broker role with Exit Realty Redifined. “I spent eight-plus years working in the real estate industry at large for three of the largest providers in the world of real estate services,” Hauser says. “My inside experience sets me apart from others in the industry.” Hauser is an expert at working with residential real estate broker owners and assisting with their path forward. Currently, Eric leads the newly formed Lake Forest Luxury Real Estate Team, based in Lake Forest, Illinois.

Hauser has built lasting relationships with his clients, many of whom come to him through referrals, past clients and his strong presence on social media. In his spare time, he gives back by volunteering and donating to an organization dedicated to mobilizing the community to address and improve the plight of homeless pets.
