Founded in 2016, the Dawn McKenna Group (DMG) has evolved into a multistate empire of knowledgeable and resourceful agents. It is led by Dawn McKenna herself, who has been the No. 1 agent in Hinsdale for over 20 years.

The DMG North Shore & Western Suburb Team consists of three additional agents hand chosen by McKenna for their local expertise, style and abilities.

Lauren Walz is a real estate junkie. “Long before I had my license,” she says, “I would help friends and family redesign their homes or analyze whether a home they were about to buy was going to be a good investment. I’ve always had a passion for real estate, and I am grateful for my clients and my DMG family every single day.”

For Annie Royster Lenzke, the real estate business is a family affair, with parents who were builders, including a mother who sold residential real estate. After working in advertising for six years, Lenzke made the switch, first working with her mother, then joining the DMG. “Joining DMG propelled my career and gave me the tools and network to elevate the service I offer my clients,” says Lenzke.

Winnetka DMG team member Katie Moor has used her business background and local knowledge to successfully navigate seamless deals for her clients, while also making the process fun. “I love being a local expert, and I’m a passionate advocate for my community,” Moor says. “Selling my market comes naturally, because I truly love what I do!”
