Courtney Welsch, Broker

Baird & Warner

With proven successful systems in place for her clients to achieve the best possible outcome, Courtney Welsch is known for being organized and prepared. She recently celebrated 20 years in the real estate business, where she specializes in several neighborhoods and suburbs throughout Chicagoland. “I’m proud to have built a consistent, successful business that has lasted two decades,” she says.

Welsch is an enthusiastic ambassador for the city with an impressive knowledge of local sports, restaurants and hidden gems. She strives to make the real estate experience fun for clients and enjoys sharing her knowledge of the area with them. Having worked in the service industry before becoming a broker, she sees her role in real estate as a natural progression. “I knew I could take the knowledge I had working with all different types of people,” she says, “and translate it into a successful real estate career.”

Welsch believes education is paramount not only for her buyers and sellers, but also for herself. “I think my continued drive to learn everything I can about the business and pass it on to my clients has helped me succeed in the industry,” she explains. More importantly, Welsch shares, her ability to listen to her clients and determine their needs ensures their having the smoothest experience buying or selling a home.

Clients laud Welsch’s attentiveness and attention to detail, and they are confident she will look out for them. “My clients know I have their best interests in mind,” she insists. “They also know I will take all the necessary steps to get them top dollar when selling their home.”

A longtime leader in Baird & Warner’s Goodwill Works program, Welsch recently created a multi-office “Field Days” charity event that raised $42,000 for 11 nonprofits. In her spare time, this Cubs season ticket holder enjoys cooking for friends, playing tennis and attending Cubs and Bears games.
