In the past year alone, as leader of the Steve Genyk Group at Dream Town Real Estate, he has achieved more than $50 million in sales; led the sales team at Superior House, a new luxury condominium in Chicago’s River North neighborhood; and topped all Chicago agents in sales volume in the River North area.

Genyk strives to give back in any way he can, as well as set a positive example for others, personally and professionally. “I am a mentor to some amazing young agents on my team,” he shares. “It is really fun watching my teammates grow and succeed.”

Genyk is active in his community and as a father of two. “I feel truly blessed to have such wonderful, healthy, loving kids; a beautiful fiancée; and a ton of amazing friends and family,” he says.
