Detail-oriented and process-driven, he says his clients appreciate the constant communication and attention to detail he provides. He feels fortunate to have a large portion of business at his boutique brokerage come from repeat and referral customers. Samarxhiu also finds growing Mon Ami Residential while helping other agents grow their businesses to be very rewarding. “Since opening our doors, our unique business model and partnership with a real estate private-equity fund has led to rapid growth,” he says. “Nowhere else are agents able to not only leverage their own brokerage as a built in buyer, but also build their own portfolio as they build their careers.”
