Kourtney Murray, Real Estate Broker

KM Living, @properties Christie’s International Real Estate

From foreclosures to multimillion-dollar developments to traditional sales to luxury apartments to construction and renovations, Kourtney Murray has ten years of experience in many different realms of real estate, giving her a unique perspective on the market.

Murray is the leader of KM Living with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, working with buyers and sellers across the Chicago area. Owners love the team’s personalized, boutique concierge service, with innovative and customized marketing programs, numerous industry connections and a suite of powerful tools designed to help buyers fall in love with their properties.

When it comes to clients, Murray says trusting relationships is everything. “Clients like my level of honesty. If I don’t think a home is right for you, I’m very upfront with any issues I see to ensure my clients are making a smart investment.”

Murray is also leasing and marketing manager of Aberdeen East. Her big project in 2022 was remodeling 175 co-living spaces, reimagining them as 75 thoughtfully designed traditional apartments. The project was a big undertaking. Now that the renovations are completed and Aberdeen East is fully leased, she is extremely proud of the accomplishment. Also, this year the team started collaborating with Emily Santos (@properties) & Onni Group on marketing their penthouses at Old Town Park, The Hudson & 369 Grand.

Murray’s mission is to create and share purposeful experiences that inspire others to design and lead fulfilled lives. “The ideas of ‘Who do you want to be?’ and ‘What kind of life do you want to live?’ is what drives KM Living,” she says. “Home is so much more than just the four walls you live in. It’s where you spend time with your loved ones; it’s where you grab a coffee with friends; it’s where you feel most like you. I love helping people create that happiness in life for themselves.”
