Confidence, integrity and a positive attitude are traits that best describe Kimberly Evetts as a real estate professional. With an impeccable ability to connect with everyone she meets, it is no wonder that she is a rising star in the real estate industry. As a solo agent with a strong focus on downtown Chicago, Evetts has handled over $35 million in sales in her career. The first five years of it were focused on high-end rentals in luxury high-rises.
Not slowing down anytime soon, she says it’s her relationship-building skills that have led her to such a successful career in real estate. Her business is established entirely from referrals and repeat clients. Evetts’ social media presence has gained her much recognition throughout Chicago and really taken off in the past couple of years. Several transactions have taken place from her social media alone, she reports. The level of service that she provides, she says, keeps her top-of-mind with all who work with her.
“Listening to my clients and presenting them with an overview of how the homebuying/selling process will work is the key to an effective transaction,” Evetts says. “I would rather take the risk of over-communicating than under-communicating.” What’s more, she has a blast and truly enjoys what she does, believing the motto that if you love what you do, it is not work.
When Evetts is not working, she is active in Chicago animal rescue organizations, is an active member in her West Loop community and loves anything that involves her doggies, working out and exploring the city.
