Piraino represents buyers and sellers in metro Chicago, specializing in Naperville, Oswego, Plainfield, and Yorkville. A local expert, he has become well-known in the area as “630Joe,” the residential real estate brand he has worked hard to establish. When he isn’t at work, he spends a lot of time brainstorming marketing and branding strategies.

He customizes his approach to each client’s needs and wants, a memorable way of conducting business that has not gone unnoticed. A majority of his business comes from past clients and referrals. “I’ve been fortunate in my career to acquire the management and leadership qualities that I have and tailor them to each person’s specific needs,” he says. “The job at hand always needs to be accomplished correctly and efficiently but there are so many opportunities for creativity along the way. A delighted client makes everybody happy.”

To keep the process moving along, he regularly updates clients and fellow brokers. “Buyers, sellers and other agents know right away that things are going to get done correctly, when they work with me” he says. “It goes a very long way in this business; it’s a small world.”

The most common feedback he receives from clients is a thank you for leading them in the right direction.

Piraino has been married to his amazing wife for eight years. “Without her, I would not be able to do what I do,” he says. “She’s incredibly supportive.” The couple is having a blast parenting their two young children, ages 3 years old and four months.
