With a combined nearly three decades of experience, the team works with traditional buyers and sellers, investors, luxury, new construction, downsize and upsize clients throughout the city and suburbs. Consistently ranked in the top 1% of Chicagoland teams, Busby Group is also a Crain’s Chicago Business Notable Broker and maintains Compass Legends Society status.

The team is stronger because of each member’s unique background. Prior to her real estate career, Moran, who serves as Busby Group’s director of listings, worked as a brand and marketing director for a national company focused on residential and commercial design. Today Moran’s clients benefit from her ability to transform listings into appealing and compelling lifestyle brand campaigns.

As director of training, Yandel was recruited to be the engine behind Busby Group’s renowned client service. She ensures that each team member is educated in the latest market trends, news and changes so every transaction is as smooth as humanly possible.

Panozzo acts as Busby Group’s director of portfolio management and provides her expertise to clients in Chicagoland and investors around the world, seeking out and securing the best opportunities. For this role, Panozzo regularly analyzes the city’s micro-markets, forecasting strong investment opportunities for her clients.

Supporters of Special Olympics, the team has achieved record-setting fundraising for the Chicago Polar Plunge. Busby Group also donates a portion of every transaction to their charitable partner, the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
