Realtor Karyn Wilson is one of three leaders for the Oak Brook and Elmhurst offices for Coldwell Banker Realty. She recruits both new-to-the-business agents and agents that are at the top of their game with many years of experience, in order to build a team of competent and successful agents, and additionally has agents selling in Wisconsin and Indiana.

Having raised her two boys in Elmhurst and lived in the community since 1993, Karyn’s knowledge of the market is extensive. “I have so much knowledge, from selling and living here for almost 30 years, to share with my agents,” she says.
Though she had always been a successful realtor, Wilson began to feel like something was missing. She interviewed with Coldwell for her current position and immediately knew she wanted to move her license to work with them. Since beginning her role as the Vice President of Strategic Growth for CB in May of 2021, Wilson has successfully onboarded 22 new agents, some of whom are producing volumes upwards of $17 million. “I am so extremely passionate about this company and how we get to help our agents live their best lives,” she shares. “I have truly found my home here at CB Realty.
