Her college education and 15-year career at some of Kansas City’s and Chicago’s top advertising agencies also give her the advertising and marketing background to be successful.

A founding agent, Dennis joined @properties Christie’s International Real Estate in January 2004 when it had fewer than 100 agents and only two offices. She was named the Chicago Association of Realtors’ Rookie of the Year in 2004 and is now boasting more than $25 million in sales in 2021 with teammate Hannah Roesch, and has sold over 750 homes sold to-date. To best assist clients, she holds multiple designations of higher education in real estate. She’s a Realtor Institute graduate, a certified real estate negotiations expert, an accredited buyer’s representative and a certified luxury home marketing specialist.
Her relationships with other agents are also important to her and she was awarded @properties’ very first “Relationship Award” in 2018 for an agent who showed exceptional teamwork among fellow brokers. She’s also regularly been among Chicago Agent magazine’s list of Who’s Who in Chicago.
