Haylee Schwartz, Broker

@properties Christie’s International Real Estate

Balancing a natural sense of optimism with her experience-bred realism, Haylee Schwartz helps her clients stay positive, engaged and informed until all the papers are signed. “Many of my clients are first-time homebuyers, so I always make sure they know the data behind their purchase so that they are comfortable making their first big investment,” says Schwartz, a broker with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate specializing in new and experienced buyers and sellers.

Starting in the industry following college graduation as an assistant to a top agent, Schwartz quickly found her passion among the fast-paced residential real estate market and set the groundwork for her future. After transitioning to sales and marketing for Belgravia Group, Schwartz successfully marketed the sale of over $128 million in new-construction homes in Chicago, earning her a reputation as a true force in the business. “Working with both @properties and Belgravia Group, two of the most-respected real estate companies in Chicago, has given me invaluable experience and enables me to serve my clients in both new-construction and existing-home sales,” she says.

In 2022, Schwartz earned her Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification. “The professional negotiation skills that I have developed let me advocate for my clients by uncovering information effectively, crafting a strategy for any situation and retaining control throughout the negotiation process,” she explains. “My clients repeatedly say that I make the process stress-free by providing the tools they need to make a large investment and shouldering the heavy lifting.”

Through her network and referrals alone, Schwartz continues to grow her business, doubling her sales year after year. She sits on the Visions Board for Israel Cancer Research Fund, helping raise money to fund grants that support Israel-based cancer researchers.
