Kim lived in Chicago for over 20 years before moving to Wilmette. He currently serves Chicago and all the surrounding suburban areas. He developed his entrepreneurial skills while working in sales, both at his family’s business and at several retail telecommunications businesses. Now, as a broker, he has connections with contractors, builders, property inspectors, and real estate attorneys to create the best possible outcomes for his clients.

When Kim was just starting out, he was named rookie of the year at his brokerage. Since then, he’s earned the Chairman’s Club Award from Baird & Warner Brokerage in 2017, 2018, and 2019, and additionally ranked in Mainstreet Organization of Realtors Top 3% for sales volume in 2021.

“My clients’ best interest always comes first for me,” Kim says, mentioning that clients frequently thank him for his honesty and dependability. “I pride myself on being very knowledgeable in the whole process of real estate and purchase.”

In his free time, Kim loves to venture out to try new restaurants, travel with friends and family, and stay active by hiking, biking, or running.
