Specializing in the finest Chicago neighborhoods and having lived in the area her entire adult life, Caroline Moellering has an abiding love of sales and architecture. With degrees in French and art history, a career in real estate was a natural fit, given its convergence of her passions. Starting off with professional work in marketing and ad sales, Moellering gained a distinct professional advantage that helps her promote properties most effectively. For more than a decade, she has leaned into her craft, consistently exceeding $10 million in annual volume.
Moellering’s work is characterized by finding unique properties that stylistically speak to individual clients. “Every home has a story, and I always work to capture that story,” she notes. Thoughtful and dedicated to each client’s best interests, she ensures they are well-informed at every step and receives much of her business through referrals. By providing all her clients with consistency, insight and master marketing and negotiation skills, she offers an unparalleled level of service. Committed to a streamlined process, Moellering brings a book of established relationships with trusted attorneys, lenders and other industry specialists.
The dedication exuded by Moellering has been officially recognized since the beginning of her real estate career. Most recently, she was featured in Top Agent Magazine (2021) and has earned the Outstanding Achievement Award with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate since 2019. She credits much of her recent success to her team, who allow her to seamlessly scale her business.
With past involvement volunteering and working with community organizations, Moellering is a board member of the Mies van der Rohe Society at the Illinois Institute of Technology. In this capacity, she helps raise awareness about — and funding for — the restoration and enhancement of architecturally significant buildings. She is also an enthusiastic lakefront runner and proud mom to three children who attend or have graduated from the Francis W. Parker School.
