Even in an industry when transactions can be stressful and full of surprises, she is a beacon of light for every client she interacts with. “I am always there to advocate for my clients and do what’s best for them,” she says. “I always try to be approachable and there for them, through both the good and the bad.”
This business style has worked wonders for Serle, who has consistently been awarded Chicago Magazine’s Five Star Real Estate Professional award every year since 2014 and was recognized with the Best of Zillow agent award each year since 2019. She was even recognized in Forbes Magazine’s Top 500 Market Leader Agents in 2019 and 2021. Her biggest accomplishment, however, she says is her repeat business from clients and their referrals. “I find it to be an extreme compliment that a previous client will return to me to assist them in buying or selling real estate again,” she says. “I take pride in the fact that my clients become friends and like family to me.”
When she isn’t working for her clients, Serle finds contentment spending time with her family, traveling, reading and exercising. “I love to do Pilates, yoga or take long walks,” she says.
