Having initially considered a career in real estate when purchasing her first home, Ashley Cox, a Realtor with Compass, took the plunge and has enjoyed a successful 10 years in the industry ever since. “I’ve always had an interest in real estate, but the experience of purchasing my own home encouraged me to obtain my license,” she says. “I wanted to help other buyers and sellers and knew I could make their experiences smooth and stress-free.”

A Chicago resident for 20 years, Cox has helped clients in just about every corner of the city. Her clients love her calm and focused business style and how she works diligently to make the buying and selling processes as guided and smooth as possible. “I’m very deliberate with the guidance I give,” she proclaims. “I’m always focused on getting the best possible outcome for my clients.”

It’s not surprising that Cox earns most of her business through referrals and return clients, because “always looking out for her clients’ best interests” is a core tenet of her business. “My clients are fully informed and educated on what’s to come when we start the listing or home-buying process,” she says. “They know that I’m always an advocate, focused on their needs and wishes, and I believe that’s why they feel comfortable referring me to their friends and family.” The care and effort that Cox puts in for her clients shows. A Chicago Association of REALTORS® top producer since 2016, she is dedicated to being an active and prominent member of the community. 

Outside of the office, Cox appreciates spending time with her family and friends, traveling and getting outdoors. “I love taking advantage of all of the exciting things that Chicago has to offer!” she shares.
