Seven years ago, Ashley Bell found herself drawn to a career in real estate. “The business of real estate is unique by being both a logic-based financial investment and simultaneously an often emotionally charged and sentimental activity,” she says, “I am enthusiastic about providing individualized and comprehensive guidance for each of my clients and this has generated my business of repeat clients and referrals.”
A Northwestern University graduate and Chicago resident for the past 17 years, Bell is a veteran of the city who looks forward to sharing her knowledge of Chicagoland’s diverse neighborhoods with her clients. Bell specializes in a range of residential real estate in Chicago and its adjacent north and west suburbs. She caters to diverse clients, from first-timers to luxury buyers, sellers and investors.
Bell assumes the role of a trusted advisor when interacting with her clients. Often described as dependable, patient and exceptionally well-organized, she thrives when faced with difficult transactions. “I thrive because I dig in and am dedicated to finding a successful resolution on my clients’ behalf,” she says. A key goal for Bell is to take the stress out of real estate by shielding her clients from just how complicated the transaction process can be.
Today, Bell is recognized as a Top Producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors. She has also been honored by @properties Christie’s International Real Estate via their Road to Rolex program and was additionally ranked among of the top 250 agents in Chicago for her production volume. Bell is also a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and regular supporter of Habitat for Humanity.
In her spare time, Bell can often be found working on design and rehab projects around her home. “I have always had a love of design and architecture,” she says. “Chicago is the best place in the world for it.”
