Tori Gwin, Real Estate Agent

Compass

Compass real estate agent Tori Gwin works with all customer types but she is particularly drawn to first-time homebuyers. Even after five years working in the real estate industry, she still gets a thrill in helping them embark on the adventure that is homeownership.

“I love working with first time home buyers as it is such an exciting and big step,” she gushes.

Gwin works all over the city of Chicago, specializing in condominiums and single-family homes, but her business tends to draw her west to such hip neighborhoods as West Town, Wicker Park, Bucktown Logan Square and Avondale.

Perhaps it’s because she views clients more as potential neighbors rather than transactions; she has lived in either Logan Square or Wicker Park for the past eight years, so she knows the western neighborhoods quite well. Her expertise and bright personality have led Gwin to make many meaningful relationships in her career with clients, colleagues and other brokers.

Her clients appreciate her positive attitude and upbeat energy. She works primarily with referrals from previous clients, something for which she is very grateful and considers a profound compliment. She loves a challenge and doesn’t give up until she finds her clients the home of their dreams.

“I work extremely hard to find unicorn properties for my clients,” Gwin shares. “I am most proud of finding three amazing single-family homes off market for different families this past year in their price range.”

A part of the Olive Well team, Gwin had the honor of being featured in Real Producers magazine as a top producing team member. She views being a member of the Olive Well team as one of the best things that ever happened for her career as it has given her an opportunity to continue learning from others.

“I love the camaraderie and the way we support one another through the highs and lows of this crazy business!”
That mentality sets her apart from other brokers. Clients can’t go wrong when they have Gwin on their team.
