Sheena Baker, Residential and Commercial Broker

The Sheena Baker Group, Compass

Working with Sheena Baker, a broker with the Sheena Baker Group at Compass, means complete transparency, being educated on the state of the market and benefiting from the proven strategies she has developed to help clients buy and sell. Her own homebuying experiences motivated her to share the same financial benefits and stability with clients, family and friends. An Accredited Commercial Professional, Baker is known for her honesty and free spirit, as well as her penchant for building close relationships with her clients.

With a strong team behind her, Baker’s clients know that if she isn’t always available, her team is. Her team members manage day-to-day operations in the office, so she can focus on building her business. This arrangement means there is always someone available to answer client questions.

Despite 2020’s challenges, it didn’t slow Baker down. She was busier than ever and went back to showing houses after the first two weeks of the pandemic. She also partnered with developers to bring more new construction inventory to the market. That momentum continues to this day.

Mainstreet Association of Realtors selected Baker for its first ever Class of 20 Under 40, which recognizes outstanding real estate agents under 40. Baker ranked in Mainstreet’s Top 1% Transactions and Top 2% Sales lists in 2020 and was on the cover of Chicago Agent magazine’s Who’s Who in Chicagoland Real Estate in 2020. She is also a member and past president of the west suburban network of the Women’s Council of Realtors.

When Baker isn’t growing her business, she’s still involved in real estate, volunteering with many real estate associations and organizations and sharing her expertise through panels and articles. She recently returned to flipping properties to help bring additional inventory to the market. As the new owner of a Peloton, she also loves cycling.
