Patty Moran-Barocio, Residential Real Estate Broker

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago

Licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin, a certified negotiation expert and sellers representative specialist, Patty Moran-Barocio, residential real estate broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago, has been serving Chicagoland and the surrounding suburbs since 2012.

“Since I was only about nine years old, my family owned and operated a business in Lincoln Park,” the bilingual Moran-Barocio says of her early beginnings in the community. “I quickly learned how important it was to listen to our clients and provide true service and integrity to them.” Bringing those same common values to her real estate business today, Moran-Barocio is known for tailoring everything she does to her individual clients and providing them consistency, transparency and communication.

“I’ve been lucky enough to have a couple of wise mentors in my life,” says this women’s empowerment advocate. “And that got me excited to build my own business on the foundation of integrity and reputation for service.” For Moran-Barocio, this means meeting people of all walks of life, needs and wants.

Humble in spirit but big on service, Moran-Barocio’s clients say her communication is second-to-none and she walks them through every step of the process. “It’s all about treating them the way I’d want to be treated as a client,” she says. And in 2020’s challenging environment, that meant staying determined and creative when it came to getting around barriers and adapting to health guidelines.

Moran-Barocio is a winner of the 2017 and 2020 Leading Edge Society and a 2018-2019 Honor Society honoree with BHHS. She’s also a former board member with Mary’s Pence and a current member of the Logan Square Chamber of Commerce. Her love of community runs just as a deep as her love of clients. “I’m lucky enough to assist them in finding their dream home, so this is their ‘next chapter,’ and I never take that for granted.”
