From the moment they first meet with clients to discuss their goals to beyond the closing table, Maribel and Frankie Marron treat buyers and sellers like family.

The top-producing sister-and-brother team have a reputation for being ethical and respectful and closing deals quickly. “Our business style is to create an emotional connection with our clients,” say Maribel and Frankie of The Marron Team at Dream Town. “Connecting with them is very important to us, from knowing their favorite color to foods and hobbies.”

In 2020, when life as we knew it changed, they continued to change along with it, adding a transaction coordinator to their team, joining Dream Town and being named one of the year’s top-producing teams by the Chicago Association of Realtors. “At the beginning of COVID, we were afraid like everyone else,” they recall. “But with a positive attitude and mind, we were able to continue working. Last year we were blessed with many listings.”

Born and raised in Logan Square, the duo serve first-time homebuyers and investors in their hometown and the suburbs. Maribel, who serves as team lead, entered the industry 15 years ago. “My father started investing in real estate, and that’s when my passion for helping others started,” she recounts.

Frankie, the team’s buyer’s agent, began his career in real estate two years ago after watching his father and sister remodel and sell homes. “I quickly found out that I enjoyed designing and staging spaces and took great pride in working alongside Maribel,” he says. Real estate also gives him the opportunity to apply his degree in public relations and advertising from DePaul University in promoting the business online. The two not only sell real estate, but also invest in it and flip homes.

“For us, it’s all about the experience we give clients,” they declare, “an experience they will never forget.”
