Landon Heck, Broker

The Home Discovery Team of Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty

Abiding by the motto “Refined service has no price point,” Landon Heck delivers results for every client. “I work with such a broad and diverse mix of people, and it affords me a broader scope of experience and scenarios to grow from,” says Heck. A broker with the Home Discovery Team of Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, he serves buyers, sellers and investors in and around Chicagoland. As part of the No. 1 team companywide, he has had the opportunity to learn from industry leaders and notes that the team’s collaborative approach has consistently resulted in the most optimal solutions.

Since transitioning to the real estate industry three years ago, Heck has constantly demonstrated the customer-centric model he mastered throughout his two-decade career in hospitality. “I cannot think of one quality, lesson, attribute, personal interaction or scenario from the hospitality industry that has not directly influenced how I work with my real estate clients,” he declares.

In 2020, after two years of working two full-time roles, Heck quit his second job as a bartender and threw himself entirely into real estate. Despite balancing two jobs, he was named a top 1% producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors in both 2019 and 2020 and was nominated for Chicago Agent magazine’s Rookie of the Year award in 2020.

Citing his passion and patience as fundamental to his success, Heck notes that clients appreciate his attentiveness and ability to satisfy their requirements so that they reach their goals.

Heck is a member of the Andersonville Chamber of Commerce, the Top Agent Network, the Chicago Association of Realtors, Illinois Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and MRED. He is an active volunteer with the nonprofits Fight2Feed and Back 2 School Illinois, and as a longtime resident of the North Side of Chicago, he prioritizes giving back to the community.
