Eternally optimistic, Kobra Hall is a staunch advocate and a hands-on coach for her office agents. As the northwest office branch vice president at Coldwell Banker Realty, Hall is a designated managing broker and specializes in helping real estate agents discover their full potential in the industry.
With three decades of professional real estate experience in three distinct metro markets, Hall grew up immersed in the industry. “My mother opened her own brokerage when I was in high school, and my dad was a general contractor and pioneer in energy-efficient homes,” she explains, adding that their dedication to their clients and organizations within the real estate community inspired her to follow in their footsteps. “I never thought I would move into the role of a designated managing broker but realized that the strong role model of ethics and compliance knowledge my mother instilled in me made it a very natural fit.” She adds that while she loved working with clients as an active selling agent, she discovered another passion in helping other agents develop and grow both professionally and personally.
Driven by a deep passion for doing what’s right, Hall stays current on industry changes to ensure that every transaction is conducted with integrity. “In turn, I pass that diligence on to the agents in my office when they need a sounding board or have questions about how to give their clients their absolute best,” she says. “It’s important for them to know that I have their backs.”
As a 19-year resident of Arlington Heights, Hall is an active volunteer within her community. “Raising our family in this neighborhood has helped me discover all Arlington Heights has to offer,” she says. “My experience as a resident here helps me provide a personal touch for my clients and agents.”
Hall is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, Illinois Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce.
