Working tirelessly for himself since the age of 18, Johnny Rodogiannis has a limitless drive and entrepreneurial spirit. A Realtor and vice president of the commercial division at Main Street Real Estate Group, Rodogiannis specializes in the residential and commercial markets throughout Chicago and the north and northwestern suburbs, serving everyone from investors to luxury sellers to retail and restaurant clients.

Born and raised in Chicagoland, Rodogiannis was introduced to the real estate industry a decade ago when his parents began flipping homes after they were forced to knock down the family restaurant. “They made a bold decision and developed retail space at the corner of the new intersection on the remaining land,” he explains. “I got my license to help them with all of their real estate transactions.”

With a background in multimedia production, restaurant investing and trading futures in the stock market, Rodogiannis brings a multi-faceted perspective to the real estate process. “In addition to being deeply knowledgeable about the market, I provide a full service experience,” he explains. “Buying and selling investment properties with my family has helped me advise clients on repairs and renovations needed to improve their listings.”

Described by one client as “Johnny on the spot” for his one-stop-shop approach to business, Rodogiannis has accrued a vast network of referral partners and ensures his clients are receiving the best treatment from every contractor, attorney or lender he recommends. Ranking as a top producer at Main Street in 2018 and 2020, Rodogiannis recently completed his best year professionally, helping his friends and family buy and sell amidst a global pandemic. “Three weeks after the first lockdown, I sold a retail strip mall for $100k more than my seller in Greece thought the property was worth,” he says.

Rodogiannis fosters dogs with One Tail at a Time and has spent the last year watching his rescue pit/lab become an incredible companion.
