For over 30 years, Jane Lee has been known for providing a concierge experience to her clients. As the leader of the No. 1 RE/MAX team in Northern Illinois, Lee mentors 29 agents and 17 administrators in addition to assisting luxury buyers and sellers, relocation clients, first-time homebuyers and other residential customers throughout the Lake County and North Shore markets.

“2020 presented many challenges, but that did not stop our team from performing at their highest level,” says Lee. “We saw a 13% increase in sales volume from 2019, closing over $207M in sales.” Despite the obstacles presented by COVID-19, the Jane Lee Team was able to safely open its Northbrook office at the end of 2020, allowing for the addition of more top-performing agents. She adds, “We are well on our way to achieving our 2021 sales goal of $300M!”

As the top-ranking agent in Chicago Agent magazine’s Real Data list in Lake County for 17 years straight, Lee exudes confidence and positivity while taking an aggressive approach in the real estate market. In 2020, The Jane Lee Team sold over 50 luxury homes, many of which were previously listed unsuccessfully with other agents.
