Main Street Real Estate Group vice president and broker Hetal “HP” Patel handles both commercial and residential real estate, making her something of a one-stop shop for buyers, sellers and renters of most property types. While she sticks to the Chicagoland area for her residential real estate business, her commercial side encompasses the entire state of Illinois. “My clients are not focused on one set area of a town where they see a good investment,” Patel says. “My focus is where my client could see a good return on a short- or long-term goal.”
She works with all types of clients, from first-time homebuyers on the residential side to investors looking to expand their businesses and lease space on the commercial side. Her outgoing attitude and strong communication skills make working with her a positive experience. Clients never feel pressured to sell or buy with Patel.
Despite only having three years under her belt as a broker, Patel has a natural aptitude for real estate and is quickly making a name for herself in the business. In 2019, she was named the highest-growth agent as well as top agent at Main Street Real Estate. She also snagged Homesnap’s Excellence in Client Service award in 2020 and holds the highest record for commercial sales and leasing at her firm.
Patel takes great care to create and maintain relationships with her clients, as well as other real estate professionals. She credits her mentors and colleagues for helping her grow as an agent. “I am grateful to be around real estate gurus,” she shares.
When driving past properties that she has helped clients to purchase or sell, she is filled with a sense of pride for her role in the process. Patel finds fulfillment in seeing her clients happy and prosperous. She not only values continuous growth in her own career, but wants to grow alongside her clients, helping them to achieve their real estate goals. “I am a reflection of my clients’ success stories,” she says.
