Hernan Campuzano, Senior Mortgage Consultant

A&N Mortgage Services, Inc.

By helping Chicagoans finance their dream homes, Hernan Campuzano discovered he was able to create internal value and provide external impacts larger than himself. Professionally, Campuzano, senior mortgage consultant with A&N Mortgage Services, Inc., is a talented salesman with the work ethic necessary to push his business to the next level.

“I have been a competitive person my entire life,” he says. “At a young age, my passion for soccer emerged and led me down the journey to becoming a professional soccer player.” Although he is no longer able to play at the same level, he brings the same competitive attitude to any game, activity or sport that he participates in, including lending.

Honest and transparent, he wants his clients to feel like they are getting the best deal available. “I work extremely hard for them to close on their loan,” he says. “I ensure my borrowers are properly informed throughout the transaction and I’m available at all times.” He also has an excellent team in place to make sure the process is as stress-free as possible: his sister Sandy Campuzano is his loan officer assistant; Kimberley Bowman serves as his development guru; and Kelsie Huff leads his marketing team, which is helping him generate business in new markets.

A 2020 A&N President’s Club member, Campuzano has been in lending for 18 years and conquered many different market conditions. “It is an ever-changing environment,” he says. “It’s important to keep learning and staying on top of my game through innovation.” He sets himself up to best meet the needs of his clients by participating in business development groups focused on building long-term, diverse relationships.

Campuzano is a happily married father of 3 beautiful daughters, who keep him busy with the many activities and sports they participate in. With great joy, he coaches their soccer teams and supports the local leagues.
