Hard work, trust and integrity: these are the values at the forefront of Crystal Tran’s team. The team is led by Crystal Tran, who uses her passion for coaching, marketing and technology to empower her teammates to reach their goals.
Growing up as a first-generation American, Tran watched her mother invest in multifamily housing. Fast-forward, she focused her career aspirations on real estate, first in Beverly Hills, California, overseeing short-sale listings and now in Chicago with BHHS.
Tran’s passion for real estate only grew as she developed HuntChicago.com, her website to help clients drive more traffic to their properties but also create connections between buyers, sellers and renters. Tran was recently retained to exclusively market and brand Millennium on LaSalle, a high-rise with 200+ timeless and tailored upscale rentals in the heart of the city’s financial district. She continues building AgentDuty, an app that connects real estate professionals with licensed brokers in their area for a nominal fee, the goal being to free up agents’ time by having others fulfill various duties. Her hard work has paid off and is certainly being recognized, as she was highlighted as one of Crain’s Chicago Business’s Notable Residential Real Estate Brokers in 2021.
Tran’s team is truly unique to the Chicagoland community. It has grown this year with the addition of newly added rising stars Armando Zires, Chris Saucedo, Kimberly Trefilek and Isabelle Wilkes, who joined Tran and her partners Nitasha Kassam and Salma Torres, both of whom, like Tran, were raised and live in the city’s many diverse neighborhoods. The team’s diversity speaks volumes, both figuratively and literally: Kassam speaks Urdu and Hindi fluently and is passionate about helping others meet their goals, as well as advocating for equal rights. Torres speaks fluent Spanish and has helped many bilingual families buy and sell homes.
Together, these three women make up a dynamic team to help others reach their goals. Whether it’s moving into a first apartment, buying a first home or creating a real estate investment portfolio, they want to help.
