Because Anne Hodge cannot be in two places at once, she has assembled a team of competent and caring agents to cover for her when needed.

“I love leading a team that shares the same passion for their jobs and clients as I do,” says Hodge, team lead of Anne Hodge Group at @properties. “We all bring different ideas to the table, so I think we have each learned from one another and have all become stronger agents because of it.”

Hodge and her team of agents — Kelly Brennan, Jason Kilarski and Allison Steffens — assist buyers and sellers, from first-time to luxury, in the western suburbs, including their hometowns of La Grange and Western Springs. Combined, they have more than 55 years of experience in real estate, which gives them the ability to confidently guide clients through the process and calmly navigate any tricky scenarios. “People can tell we love what we do, and that turns into a positive and fun experience for our clients,” she says.

Everyone on the team takes the time to get to know their clients’ needs, walk them through the steps of a transaction, create realistic expectations based on the market and coordinate activities to make their busy lives easier.

Since COVID caused many people to redefine how they live in their homes, the team experienced huge buyer demand. “We got back to basics and made phone calls to our agent networks to find off market homes for our clients,” Hodge says. “While many clients were cautious about viewing homes in 2020, we were sure to incorporate videos and 3D tours for all our listings.”

Even after closing, the team is available to help clients adapt to their new community or answer questions related to their home. To give back, Hodge supports Winning with Wyatt by helping raise funding for pediatric brain tumor research.
