Born and raised in Bronzeville before moving to the South Loop, Stapleton joined the real estate industry eight years ago as a leasing agent. Recognizing her limitless potential, Stapleton earned her brokers license two years later. In addition to her professional pursuits, Stapleton began purchasing, rehabbing and flipping properties on her own at 23 years old. “Having hands-on experience as a buyer and seller gives me a 360-degree perspective of what my clients are going through,” she says. “I can predict their needs and ensure that their goals are met. That alone has led to many referrals and repeat customers.”
