DePasquale operates as a broker associate at Baird & Warner Hinsdale, where she serves both buyers and sellers. She helps them with everything from single-family homes and land to condominiums and townhouses, specializing in markets in the western suburbs, including Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, Western Springs, Burr Ridge and Downers Grove, as well as downtown Chicago.
DePasquale was always interested in real estate, fueled by a love of home remodeling and interior design, as well as her own experiences renovating several properties and moving many times. After working as an English teacher for 10 years, she decided to change careers. Now a seasoned professional, DePasquale has transferred her educational skills to real estate. “I feel like I am teaching and guiding my clients through the process on a regular basis,” she says. “I am able to effectively walk them through what to expect, how to best prepare and how to ultimately get the outcome they desire.”
An active member of her Realtor association, DePasquale prides herself on her work ethic and having her clients’ best interests at the center of every transaction. “I like to outline my clients’ goals initially so we can consistently benchmark how we are meeting those goals and what we need to change or add in order to culminate in a successful transaction,” she says. “My negotiating skills are top-notch and allow my clients to get the maximum return on their investment. I know the market incredibly well, which gives my clients a competitive edge when buying or selling.”
In 2019, DePasquale had her strongest year to date, with her highest individual sale and highest total volume. She was recognized as being among the top 15% of agents at Baird & Warner and also received the company’s President’s Club honor.
