Ray DeNardis, Realtor

Baird & Warner

Ray DeNardis is a genuine professional with a passion for helping people, and it shows in his work as a Realtor with Baird & Warner. “I love people, and I love helping them,” he says. “It’s important to have fun in this work, so I try to laugh whenever possible and always make everyone feel comfortable.”

While clients often refer to DeNardis as easy to work with, he is also highly informative and offers sound advice in terms of how they should proceed in real estate matters. In his six years helping all types of buyers and sellers, from first-timers to downsizers, he has specialized in single-family homes, condos and townhomes in the southwest suburbs.

DeNardis is always responsive to clients’ needs and continually reminds them he is available 24/7 and only a call or text away. After all, he often urges buyers to “never let an opportunity pass you by.”

These qualities translate to so many referrals from past customers that they make up 90% of DeNardis’ business. He has lived in Chicago and the southwestern suburbs for his whole life and knows it like the back of his hand. He uses this in-depth knowledge to home in on the right properties and strategies for both buyers and sellers. When you do business like this, past clients end up becoming friends.

While he always dreamt of a career in real estate, DeNardis took a detour to work for the Chicago Board of Trade for many years, then opened his own business in the hospitality field. Returning to his first love, he started working as a real estate professional in 2014.

DeNardis is a member of the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Baird & Warner recently rewarded him for maintaining a prestigious level of sales in terms of both quantity and volume by offering him membership in the company’s Vice President’s Club.

Outside of work, DeNardis focuses his energy and attention on his spouse and two children. They are his whole world.
