Elizabeth Ziaja, Broker Associate

Baird & Warner

Buyers and sellers in the southwestern suburbs have a steady and dedicated Realtor in Elizabeth Ziaja. She is hardworking and attentive to every detail of the process. Not only does she have experience with everyone from home sellers to first-time homebuyers, she is also adept at short sales.

A Realtor for two years, Ziaja has enhanced her professional skills by earning her Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Pricing Strategy Advisor certifications. She is a member of the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Prior to real estate, she worked in lending as a loan processor for the better part of a decade. This gives her unique insight into the financial side that her purchasing clients experience as they work through the homebuying process. It also gives her a perspective of what sellers can expect.

Ziaja has built her client base through referrals, open houses and networking. According to the NAR, 87% of Realtors fail within their first five years, but her hard work has brought her success in the last two. Her top skill is empathy; she connects with clients to truly understand their experiences and needs. Ziaja is also trilingual in English, Polish and Russian, which helps her serve as an asset to clients and assist them in navigating the home sales process.

Outside of work, Ziaja is a dedicated mother and volunteers with the music department at her children’s school. She also volunteers at The Bridge Teen Center, which is part of the Baird & Warner Goodwill Network. She also enjoys gardening, playing ping-pong and traveling.

Ziaja’s clients benefit from her knowledge base, professionalism and responsiveness. She strives to explain every step of the process, stay in close touch and manage all aspects of a deal to ensure its success. Her goal is to convert all clients to happy, lifelong friends.
