Leda Quiaro was born and raised in Venezuela and moved to Chicago to pursue a bachelor’s degree in information systems at the University of Illinois at Chicago. But her professional path wouldn’t end there. “I bought my first home after graduating from college,” Quiaro says. “While navigating my purchase, I fell in love with the process and realized that real estate was my passion, so I decided to pursue it as a career.” She became a full-time broker and went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in real estate from Roosevelt University.
Known for her patience, knowledge and responsiveness, Quiaro takes time to understand her clients’ needs so she can help them find their ideal home. “I’ve created relationships that last because they’re built on trust. I treat all my clients as my No. 1 priority, and I’m always accessible to them,” Quiaro says. “My dedication to my clients is so strong that I’ve helped two different generations of the same family.”
A member of the Illinois Association of Realtors, Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, Women’s Council of Realtors, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and Delta Mu Delta International Honors Society, Quiaro is bilingual, technology-driven and proactive. “With a background in IT, I’ve been able to use that experience to help drive my business and the client experience during these unprecedented times,” Quiaro says. “With the current state of the market and the new norm of the industry, I can say that my team and I were able to pivot and adapt to the new market by embracing technology on a higher level.”
Specializing in first-time homebuyers and sellers, as well as empty nesters, luxury seekers and investors, Quiaro leads a team with her husband. Together they’ve reached more people and created meaningful relationships with clients. A process-driven person, Quiaro has found her ability to adapt to any market has helped her thrive throughout her career.
